Course Description: In this class we will explore the possibilities that nature has to offer and take advantage of the beautiful colors of Autumn. Inspired by environmental artists like Andy Goldsworthy, Robert Smithson, and Ana Mendieta, this class will take place mostly outdoors using the materials we gather in the woods, the meadow, and along the riverbed. When we can’t be outside, we’ll bring nature into the classroom and experiment with printmaking and collage.
Mask Policy: Currently, visitors to the museum are asked to wear masks while inside regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to update our policy as the situation and guidelines evolve. With any questions about these safety measures please contact Erin at firstname.lastname@example.org
